We provide a range of consultancy, intervention and training services to help identify, manage and eliminate both the causes and the effects of organisational conflict.
In doing this we believe it is important to recognise the link between conflict and stress. People who are involved in conflict will also experience stress which may have a detrimental effect on their motivation and performance. Equally, those who are experiencing stress, possibly due to factors outside work, will be more prone to conflict within the workplace.
We believe in long term preventative measures to manage conflict effectively. However, remedial measures such as mediation may be appropriate where there is an open conflict situation. To use a medical metaphor, short term intensive care may be needed before interventions to ensure the long term health of the patient are implemented.
