Our style of delivery is informal but supportive and uses experiential learning to encourage delegates to challenge their own beliefs, attitudes and paradigms and to take responsibility for their own learning needs.
All our programmes include an optional Integrated Coaching Service in which we guide and assist individuals or groups over a 90 day period to integrate the new learning into their working life. This ensures that the training is much more than a discrete intervention – it is helping to build a long term capability within your organisation.
The content of each programme will be tailored to your needs as a result of discussion, training needs analysis and, where appropriate, diagnostic surveys.
